A bit about me:

 

I'm based in the Central Belt of Scotland and I tutor children/young people in Maths & English from the ages of 5 to 18. I have experience of working with children who have a variety of needs, including those with ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, anxiety and more...

Whilst I originally qualified as a primary teacher, I have since gained experience working with high school-aged children within an ASN school setting, taking the young people through their exams and qualifications in English, Maths and Application of Maths. I tutor from the beginning of Primary up to the end of Higher level.

I care about every student that I teach, and I will never throw a child into the deep end! The overall wellbeing of my students is what comes first in everything I do! It's also really important to me that they find learning fun and engaging during our tutoring sessions, so this is something that I make a priority! I strive to give them as many real-life-learning examples as possible too!

I also have a little sausage dog named Layla, so if you end up coming to my house for tutoring, you will get to meet her too! I offer tutoring face to face (at my home and in students' homes) aswell as online.
